The Birth Of A New City

Just Imagine a city of lush greens, have your very own island in a lake, living in a city
near mountains and rivers. Yan ang Santa Rosa City sa Laguna, 1 hour away from Manila and 30 minutes away from Tagaytay City. Kung noon hindi ako naniniwalang tatapatan (at least) ng Santa Rosa ang Makati bilang isang Business District pero ngayon sa aking palagay ay matutupad ito pagdating ng panahon, it will take a long time nga lang... Hanep ang mga pagbabago ng aming maliit na siyudad, napakabilis. Within 3 years ibang iba na ang madadaanan mo sa Sta.Rosa-Tagaytay area. Just imagine what Ayala and the Yulo's are planning to this little city in Laguna. They created a Man made lake and river kung saan may mga water taxi, a first of it kind. Kulang kulang na isang libong ektarya ang tinatayang tatayuan ng Business Center na 2times larger than the Makati Central Business District at 7 time larger than the Global City in The Fort. Isa ang Santa Rosa City kasama ang karatig bayan (Canlubang, Binan at Silang) sa lilipatan ng mga malalaking kumpanya dahil sa sikip na ng makati. Kasabay sa plano na ito ang Global City sa The Fort.

Sabi ng isang tropa ko "saan yan sa sta. rosa?" hehe.. taga santa rosa mismo sya pero hindi nya alam or nakikita pa. These areas kasi ay hindi nadadaan ng mga jeep kung Laguna area mismo ang pupuntahan mo, pero yung way paakyat ng tagaytay at sa SLEX eh madadaanan mo ang ekta-ektaryang lupain na tatayuan at natayuan na ng Ayala at Yulo family.

Hmm... maswerte ako at nakatira kami sa Sta. Rosa hehe.... =) It will take years bago matapos anf lahat ng ito. So may konti pang time para magipon ipon to buy a private island at Eton City haha!! Dream on! =)

Last 2007 nakita ko ang transformation ng Santa Rosa, and its really overwhelming. I really love to acquire real estate there kaya lang di ko pa kaya.

been to Sta. Rosa 5 years ago... dun gumigimik.. dun nagma-mall... dun bumibili ng pandesal na may palamang hotdog/corned beef/cheese... i've been to Laguna Bel-Air na rin for some ocassions.

pumaparada sa parking space ng enchanted pag gabi just to witness the fireworks... (kakasawa na sa loob, kaya sa labas na lang libre pa!)

sana, when i get the chance.. makita ko ulit ang Sta. Rosa the way you posted here... maganda.
pero mahirap pantayan ang The PALM dito sa Dubai... pero alam ko kaya nilang gumawa ng medyo kagaya nun... wag lang mashort sa budget ang developer at contractor.

@The POPE, hehe kaya yan basta pag iipunan, kaya lang halos sold out na daw ang mga slot. Tinatayo palang eh ubos na hehe...

@A-Z-E-L, talaga? oo marami na nga ang nakapunta ng Santa Rosa dahil sa Enchanted Kingdom, yung iba dahil sa drag racing hehe.. Sta. Rosa's transfomation is overwhelming sabi nga ni The Pope. In 3 years time natapos na ang ibang phase ng construction. I dont think na mapapantayan nga natin ang PALM ng dubai. Haha! Pero inspirasyon yun ng developer. AYALA pa, kaya nila yun... haha! I've seen the Global City in Taguig, ganun daw at hihigitan pa daw ang gagawin sa ekataryang part ng santa rosa. =)

Btw, tinaggal ko ang Laguna Bel-air sa list. Kasi i've mention a "posh private enclave".. ang Bel-air ay Class ABC community.. =) Yung mga nabanggit ko sa taas ay high end communities kasi.
